met by chance

Me: oye is this neha?

She: yes, but who are you?

Actually, I called her from my new number.

Me: doesn’t matter , so where are you exactly.

She: ( was surprised actually) first tell me who are you?

I just realized that I am no more using ICICI’s post-paid connection and I will have to visit mobile shop to recharge this number again. So I directly came to the point.

Me: oye its me Ashish, calling you from my new number.

She: Idiot @#$%@$%, @#$%!@$%, @RF$%C$%

Me: ok control your emotions and confirm me that are you right now fortis hospital?

She: yes, and how do you know.Using spies?

Me: Idiot I saw you there.

She: don’t tell me , you must be trying to pull my leg or are playing some prank.

Me: hadh hai koi to trust kar liya karo. Abbey tu jeans aur green jacket mai hai na.

She: ( was surprised ) yes.

Me: ok stay there , I am coming there.

She: are you really coming?

Me: yup

Moreover, this is how I met one of my old school friend. School friend.. Wait I was not her friend in school. Even I do not remember we had even chat in our school life. She left that school in eighth standard. Finally, after 11 years I saw her once again. :P

Since last year I know her because of orkut . Though we exchanged our numbers as well talked on phone so many times but never got a chance to meet actually. In fact, we tried to meet so many times but luck didn’t permit.

Life is like this only.

PS : Never try shortcuts when you need nature break, today because of some internal pressure I wanted to be home asap and applied my great brain to search a new way out. Everything was going perfect until trucks came into picture. Then suddenly I was in middle of some 12-15 trucks. To make condition really hell one truck got punctured.

Just to save 5 minutes I actually wasted 1 hour and got scratch on my car.

LESSON 1 : NEVER EVER USE YOUR BRAIN IF YOU NEED NATURE BREAK.

(Un)luck by chance

Sapno se bhare naina… na neend hai na chaina

Inspiring movies are just like vitamin tonic on the D-day when you resign from your company. However, I was not in sad or devdas mood on my resignation day but I preferred to watch movie than to go back home.
Finally I had only 2 options either go for Victory (2nd movie of Hrithik’s look-a-like MR Priyanka chopra’s BF MR Harman Baweja) or LUCK BY CHANCE. I preferred to enjoy later one because I am a great fan of Farhan Akhtar. Incidentally, it is a debut for another Akhtar in town. Miss Zoya Akhtar , younger sister of Farhan.
One thing I was sure of, that it would be a nice inspiring movie of struggle etc. but even after ending, I didn’t get struggle anywhere. Konkana was ready to do anything to get job but she did not get any. Moreover, forget about struggle of Farhan in movie because he became STAR just because of LUCK BY CHANCE.
But being a bug of movies, I was wondering that it is story of so many khans and struggling actors of our country because the lead actor was some khan who is pet of ever film produced by banner of Rishi Kapoor ( don’t you think director is trying to take examples from SRK and karan johar).
Acting wise Farhan is still good and Konkana simply rocks in it. Though movie has cleared it that Isha should learn acting from some acting school ( I am not kidding it was in one dialogue of movie). Rishi kapoor was better and acted his part well. Juhi , I think is wasted in movie.
3 songs are my favorite in movie, though music section of Shankar-ehsaan-loy is too strong and raising some hope in movie.
In last movie is just time pass but that’s too on pirated CDs or from torrent sites. :( .
Hmmm 2/5 is score for it. And that’s too because of farhan akhtar and music of movie. this last image to add some glamor in my blog page :P

In the name of culture…

I was strolling with one of friends , suddenly we started discussing about recent attack of SHRI RAM SENA on some pub of Bangaluru.
My friend: saving our culture is becoming a conundrum.
Me: is it really?
He: yes look at those girls, they are smoking there. (pointing his finger to nearest shop where some girls were smoking)
Me: is smoking wrong or it has something to do with girls only?
He: obviously yar, one cant expect a girl to smoke.
Me: have you ever visited to any village?
He: yes sometimes.
Me: well I belong to village and I have seen many women smoking beedis, hukkas etc. so do you think they are also wrong or just it is applicable to women belong to cities only?
He was confused what to answer now. He tried to change his point.
He: no I mean, these girls are just *****. Don’t you know behavior of girls. They just try to be gf of every boy.
I sarcastically commented.
Me: as if you are satisfied with one girl only.
He: no I mean it is wrong for girls.
Me: so you mean to say there are different laws for women and men. Am I right?
He: yaar its not in our culture. ( he tried to save himself).
Me: ohh… so what exactly is culture for you.
He: leave it yaar.
Me: no I need answer because I just want to know in which culture we are living. Is it same for you and I or not.
He: yar you know it well I am talking about our Indian culture, smoking and drinking for women is prohibited in it.
Me: as it is allowed for men. Is it allowed? If yes then please show me reference.
He was once again puzzled and tried to play family-family game once again.
He: ok leave culture aside, will you allow your daughter for same.
Now I was confused because even I was not sure about answer.
He: see even you don’t have answer, just because you are also bounded to this culture.
Me: well I know my answer, and it will remain same for both girl and boy.
He: theoretically you may be right but practically you are wrong my friend. And I respect what shri ram sena did in bangaluru.
Me: well I don’t know I am right or wrong but I know what shri raam sena did was not at all in our culture. We belong to a culture where we have more goddesses than gods. Where we worship female first than male, e.g. radha-krishna, sita-ram, shakti-shiva etc. prove me if I am wrong. And if any chance you think beating girls was right then you should stop saying I our culture because I don’t think our culture allows beating girls.
Above incident is clearly showing mindsets of people. We are becoming vultures and wolves day by day.
I was shocked to read comments from old citizens of greater noida village that it was just a rape.
JUST A RAPE!!!
Bloody you are not only raping girl but also her soul, her family our society. Girls are not sex objects for god sake. Today we need some more SENA but not to beat girls. But to teach people about our real culture our real society. We need revolution not in our country but in our mindset first. We need to change our as well thinking of other people.

silence

And there was silence. Might be we were searching topics to discuss because it was really difficult for two chatter boxes to remain silent. It was nothing but a communication gap which we two were facing.
Finally I got a miss call from her, I didn’t reply. Once again after 5 min I got another miss call from her no. and I was back to my college days, when we used to chat for hours. We used to chat/fight about every other thing possible in world, Discussion about her and mine friends.
I was actually missing it. This might be reason for my silence yesterday.

Finally she called me back from her office no. but I was busy in meeting at that time (ufff these office hours). Then finally I called her once again. Gently she rejected my call and called me back from her office no.

We talked for some 17 minutes. In between sometime we talked about our common friends, life and family. Sometime we didn’t utter a word and remain silent.
And after that call I was silent. Let me enjoy this . shhhhhhhhh

MAD is back

Yuppie hooray.. I think I am back on my space. My world and everything which is related to me. I almost forget old ashish, who used to wake up early just to check his scraps on orkut and to chat with some of his online friends who are either burning night lamps or having NRI status.
My job has changed my view about life though it is positive till date but it has kicked out previous old MAD (that’s me) somewhere. But I want to come back and live my life once again. Let this bird swings in its full mood to touch this small sky.
After all GYAN-BAJI, let come to the point. this time I am inspired by my boss to continue my writings, though it will not help anyone except me. So lets do “LEFT LEFT AAGE AAGE RIGHT LEFT PICHE :P “
I hope I will remain active on this and will not make my page orphan once again.

Those who distributed sweets because of my absence should go to andhkal kothri and those who have prayed for me should come ahead and comment back on my blog. :P

AM -1

So start looking job in IT sector, my father said to me on the day of my joining of ICICI bank. I was expecting it from him, because I have done graduation in engineering and that is too in computer science. Which is still a hot branch to opt. well I do not want to remember my four years again and again. I know I have enjoyed this period a lot, but I still think I did not enjoy my campus life as I was expecting it some 4 years back.

But this question passed one quick thought. Who are engineers?
I tried to search its answer. But I got nothing. Because whenever I see engineers in my native I see many of them are working in any stream which they never even think of. Mechanical people are tapping keyboard keys and doing programming and so on. So what is wrong with bank. I mean engineering is not about repeating what you already have done but to invent and try something new, which no one has even, dreaming of.
I am proud of my course that I completed, and I still think that we engineers are good for everything. You just name it and we are there in that field , in fact we are far ahead of anyone.
And one more thing, initially I planned to pursue my career in finance field, then took science in 11th class, joined engineering college to complete graduation, got interest in MEDIA and finally joined BANK. life is like this only UNPREDICTABLE.
